Most people understand that diets do not work long-term; however, what are the alternatives? What does it look like to eat well and shed body-fat without dieting? For most people, the key to transforming one’s nutrition is to start with a Nutrition Coach.

We are well equipped to work with individuals who have non-medical nutritional needs. Our goal at CrossFit Nassau is to help clients establish small, sustainable habits that can easily be maintained for life. We understand that every individual is facing a unique set of challenges that need to be addressed. We also understand that there are many factors that will affect a person’s health and weightloss goals including sleep, hormonal balance, stress, and activity level.

What will you get when you sign up for nutrition coaching?

-Upon your 1st visit, we’ll sit down for an hour to discuss in detail your experience with food, the challenges you’ve faced, and what you would like to do in the future.

-We will measure your body composition with our industry-standard InBody body composition scale.

-You will educate you on what you need to know in order to change your nutrition and give strategies to implement throughout your day. We’ll also provide worksheets and access to an app that will help keep you on task.

-We will provide weekly follow up emails and you will have access to us coaches via text or email.

-Each month, we will reassess your progress and provide further guidance.

Most people know that they need to eat more vegetables and consume less calories. This is common knowledge. Our nutrition coaches are not here to tell you what you already know. When you come to us for help, you are delegating the difficult tasks of staying consistent and creating structure. We’re also confident that we’ll teach you some new things as well.
