Our group classes are for all skill levels. A coach will help tailor the workout for individual needs and ensure that everyone is challenged while keeping the group safe. We will do the type of movements we do in real life: squat, push, pull, bend over and pick things off the ground, and more. We’ll lift barbells, ride bikes, jump onto boxes, and move our bodies to a wide variety of bodyweight movements. We’ll push ourselves with as much intensity as we’re able to give on that given day and we’ll do this in a class size that is purposefully kept small.
We find that doing complex functional movements under the watchful eye of a professional coach in a supportive and inspiring environment is incredibly powerful. We look forward to having you with us.
