Our offerings are built around your needs. We offer personal training, CrossFit group classes, and nutrition coaching. We’re going to train you to excel in the activities you do in regular life, we’re going to consider all of the factors that contribute to your health (fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress), and we’re going to place you in an environment that is fun and motivating.
Everyone’s experience is slightly different, but expect to lift barbells and dumbbells, perform bodyweight movements like push-ups and pull-ups, and do traditional cardio movements like running and biking. Sometimes this is done one on one with a coach, sometimes it is done in a group class.
We do not function like a large, corporate gym. Those gyms provide access to a large amount of space and equipment but then leave people to fend for themselves. We believe that to be successful, most people need structure, accountability, and a fair amount of practical knowledge. You will receive a lot of one on one time from us. Your coach will be guiding you along to ensure that you’re safe, comfortable, and moving well.
