Hello athletes,
We’ve been incredibly excited to welcome many new faces to the gym in the past few months. This means that we are achieving our goal of helping out as many people as possible within our community. It also means that the gym can thrive over the long term by investing in new equipment, coach development, and programs that help you become fitter and healthier.
However, this growth has also resulted in classes filled past capacity at peak times. While this is a nice problem to have, I am committed to removing as many barriers as possible when it comes to achieving your goals and want to ensure you are able to attend the classes of your choice and continue to receive the individualized instruction that sets CFN apart.
Starting next week, the gym will trial a new schedule. The trial schedule will run for up to 12 weeks, at which point I’ll evaluate if there’s sufficient demand to make the changes permanent. The new schedule beginning Monday, March 20, is:
Monday: CF 6am, 7:15am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm, 7:15pm
Tuesday: CF 6am, 7:15am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm, 7:15pm
Wednesday: CF 6am, 7:15am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm *Oly class 5:05pm, 6:10pm **Teen class 7:15pm
Thursday: CF 6am, 7:15am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm, 7:15pm
Friday: CF 6am, 7:15am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm CarlosWOD 6:10pm
Saturday: CF 7:30am, 8:45am, 10am
Sunday: Strength 9am, 11:05am Teen class and Open Gym: 10am
In addition to this revised schedule, please continue to do your part to help with class crowding:
* Please only reserve classes that you know you can make, and cancel your reservation promptly if your plans change.
* Please do not reserve multiple class times on the same day. If you come to a different class from the one you’ve reserved, let your coach know so they can remove you from the other class.
* Please arrive on time to help the coaches ensure that classes stay on schedule.
